Stormrots was founded by Merko Tigelaar, an all-round executive with 25+ years of international experience in a variety of industries in operational and financial roles. He is also a very experienced project- & program manager and has been responsible for driving initiatives and restructuring assignments. As a CFO/COO he also has extensive experience in complex turnarounds, strategic repositioning's, intense negotiations and all aspects of financial management, including control, reporting, accounting, mergers & aquisitions, due diligence, initial public offerings, risk-, treasury- & tax management, IT, corporate finance and investor relations. Languages spoken are English, Dutch, French and German.
